How do I get the product?

Most products are only available for pickup or local delivery in the Kansas City or Des Moines local area. You can schedule an appointment for our warehouses. If an item is available for shipping, it will be offered via shipping at checkout!

At checkout, you can decide whether you want local pickup or delivery. 

What is your Return Policy?

In order to keep our prices as low as they are, all items must be inspected at pickup or delivery. ALL SALES FINAL.

What is your Pick Up Policy?

All orders must be picked-up from the warehouse you ordered from within 30-days. If orders are left at the warehouse past 30-days with no contact, it will be void with no refunds. 

Did your order come with missing parts of pieces? 

If you realize there are missing part or damaged pieces, you must contact The Schupp via email or phone within 24-hours. There is no guarantee we can replace missing pieces, but will do our base to assist on a case-by-case basis and can offer a refund. Please email: theschuppco@gmail.com / Subject: Order Issue

Where do you get the trucks?

I wish I could say, but our supply is what makes our business special - therefore, our supplier is a business secret that we won't share.Â
